Positive: Location is terrific for star watching: no lights in the area. As there were no neighbors during the first two nights, got perfect viewing conditions. Nice view from the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Negative: It is not possible to keep the bathroom floor completely dry when showering. There are 2 rentals side-by side, #4 and #6. Arriving well past sunset, I got confused which driveway to take as the numbers are fairly close to one another. This rental is #6, therefore take the LEFT driveway...
